This hotel is perfect for those who want to be close to public transportation—the train station is only a 12, minutes walk and there is also a bus nearby. Despite being located in a less, than, ideal area, the hotel compensates by providing great service. the two homeless men outside the establishment may not have been ideal, but the hotel staff handled it well and ensured all the guests were safe. the room was well, maintained and had clean sheets.
Waste receptacles are lacking throughout the hotel.

Spent a lovely Christmas here. The hotel offered a hearty breakfast to start the day and provided a shuttle service to nearby attractions which I appreciated. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the train station and there was a beautiful park nearby to go for a stroll.
The room was disappointing. It was not as clean as I had hoped and there were some maintenance issues that needed to be addressed. The noise level from outside was quite high and made it difficult to sleep at times. the hotel has potential but needs some improvements.

The hotel offered a unique experience for our romantic escape. The room was cozy and comfortable, with a beautiful view of the city from the window. The hotel's location was convenient, only a short walk from the train station and local restaurants. We also enjoyed the complimentary bottle of wine, a lovely touch from the hotel.
We were disappointed by the lack of staff available during our stay. We were not given clear instructions on how to access the hotel and had to call to gain entry.

The See Lord Hotel in Kaiserslautern offered crispy clean white sheets, no extra charge for my dog, and a convenient location near the train station. The staff also requested that my dog not sleep in the bed, which I appreciated.
